Caffeine before bed would make you stay up for several more hours, unless you already had a high tolerance. Caffeine has a half-life of around 4 or 5 hours in the body, so it's best not to have any after morning if you want to sleep at night. It could help if you want to stay up all night and sleep on the next night.

My friend threw a shit fit today, said we didn't pay enough attention to her and is now ghosting everyone. It's really annoying, because they make no effort to interact either, and just expect us to constantly go to them. At the same time, though, I wonder if they're right. Maybe I have been a bad friend. Guess that's why I can't sleep. I just don't want to lose them.
